User Service Agreement

Welcome to the "Kizinno" App provided by Shenzhen Qixin Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). Before using the application, please carefully read the following User Service Agreement. By using this application, you agree to accept this agreement, which has legal effect. This agreement is jointly formulated by you and us. Unless you have read and accepted all the contents of this agreement, you are not authorized to use our application and services. Your use of our application and services will be deemed as your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement.

3.1 This application provides services such as viewing real-time footage, reviewing playback, and downloading videos for dashcam devices. We have the right to add or remove supported device models at any time and reserve the right to modify the specific service content. 3.2 You understand that the devices related to our services (such as dashcam devices) and the costs incurred for these devices are solely your responsibility. 3.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or even discontinue any function of this application at any time for any reason and limit access to functionalities without any liability to you. 3.4 We reserve the right to stop updating this application at any time for any reason without liability, and discontinuing updates will not affect your existing downloaded version.
4.1 This application can be used without account registration to access all features for free. To fulfill service purposes, we may collect some user information. For details on how we collect and use user information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 4.2 This application reserves the right to change its policy in the future to require account registration or even payment for certain features. At that time, you can choose to stop using the app. If you continue to use it, it will be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.

(2) Engaging in, promoting, or advocating illegal activities or abusive behavior. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to this application, as well as all associated information (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, or electronic documents), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. We own the aforementioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that relevant rights holders are entitled to under legal provisions. 6.2 Without our written consent or the consent of relevant rights holders, you may not implement, use, or transfer the above intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, nor authorize any third party to do so.
